I'm trying to publish an updated version of a game. But when I hit publish, although I get the message saying the game is published, however the link on the "games" page still goes to the older version.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

When I try and upload the APK to Google Play Dev Console it says that I have formatted the APK name wrong and I can't change it in the editor!
The administrator has disabled public write access.
