So, I get my walls and floors all together then when I save the project, it moves them then I have to readjust them all over again.

What can I do to make it stop doing that?

Is the problem occurs every time you save the game?
Are you using Undo/Redo (or Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+U)?
Because it might have a problem...

It doesn't do it every times. I had it do it on a save, then next time I saved it, it didn't, then the next time it did.

I was wondering if maybe I need to clear a cache or something but, this runs in the browser so...

I do use undo a lot.

This is probably a problem with the Undo / Redo.
We will check it out and let you know when the problem is resolved.

I think you are correct. When I don't use Undo/Redo, it saves just fine.

Thanks
