how to import obj file and mtl .... please answer i need help ...

I can't use mtl either, for the obj go to add a model object then select file and pick your obj

in cyberix you can not open mtl files, you can open obj files, 3ds, awd and no other files, I'm not sure if you can convert your mtl model to obj with blender if something with yobi you can convert the models to:
3ds, .blend, .dae, .dwg, .dxf, .fbx, .ma, .max, .mb, .obj to .obj .stl .fbx .glb.
