Cyberix3D - Free Online 3D Game Maker

I've uploaded multiple 3D models in the OBJ format.
After they are uploaded and added to the scene, there is just the colored arrows appearing for dragging the model, but no models is there.
Only 1 model made with Vectary has appeared after placing in the scene. The model was a large rectangle floor with a few tall cyclinder shapes.
That model was an OBJ file. What 3d model format will work 100% and why am i having so many problems with the OBJ models no showing in the scene?
