After you add the lightmap in Blender, it will add a secondary u,v to your model's vertices,
Then, in the Cyberix3D editor, when you choose the lightmap for your model, it will apply the lightmap texture with the secondary u,v information from your model.
When you import the DAE file in Prefab it will import it without the textures, but you can add the textures, including the lightmap texture, later in the Cyberix3D editor.
Another way is to edit the AWD in AwayBuilder and add the textures + lightmaps in there, and then you have a ready model.
